Exchanges and returns can be delivered to us at Fox in Sox kids 121A Station Street, Fairfield Vic 3078 via mail or in person at either of our two stores within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in their original unused condition with your proof of purchase receipt. We are happy to exchange but please note we do not offer refunds instead you will be issued a store credit for the cost of items returned.​ ​ ​​
